Refund policy
To obtain a refund for an item that does not suit you, you have 10 days from receipt of the package to make your return.

Return to store
Just show up on site with the item. You will be refunded immediately, by the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return by postal services
It is also possible to make a return by mail, using the postage-paid label that we will send you by email. We will deduct an amount of $12 from the refund plus an oversize item surcharge to cover postage costs associated with returning the item. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
In the event of an error on our part or an item damaged in transit, we will cover the initial $12 and shipping charges.

Conditions for all returns
- The item must be returned in new condition: that is to say, undamaged, clean, odorless, free of animal hair, unworn and unused, with the tag, packaging of ‘origin and invoice.
- The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable: gift cards, firearms, ammunition, crossbows, cut arrows, electronic devices, software, underwear, stockings, cayenne pepper, saline products, whistles and calls (only used with mouth).
- Items purchased on final sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Command error
Your merchandise has been carefully checked and packed before leaving. However, if you notice an error or an item is missing from your order, please contact us.
For any order error on our part or item damaged during transport, a return number is required. This number will save you the cost of transport.

For an error on our part during the processing of your order or an item damaged during transport, you have 7 days from receipt of the package to contact us and obtain your return number.
For a simple refund, you have 10 days from receipt of the package to ship the item (s) to us.
The processing time for the refund may be up to 7 working days after the item arrives at our store.
