These Purchase Terms ("Terms") apply to your purchase of products and services from LONDEROSPORTS.COM and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with LONDERO SPORTS INC for products, services, or otherwise, including the Terms of Use that govern your use of the Site.

Order Process and Shipping: We will send you an order confirmation e-mail once you complete your purchase. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order ships. LONDEROSPORTS.COM offers shipping in Canada only. We do not currently deliver to international addresses, and to a few limited geographic areas within Canada.

Order Changes or Cancellations: Your orders are processed electronically. We cannot make changes to the "ship to" address once an order has been placed. Once a product is released to the delivery agent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with updated tracking information (if available) including an estimated date of delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed through the Site if merchandise has already been shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order after your order has been shipped, contact us at [email protected], or phone us at 1-877-349-2332.

Customer resquested cancellations of orders paid using Sezzle: Any cancellation requested by the customer and accepted by Londero Sports will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the amount paid through Sezzle. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. The 5% cancellation fee applies only when the cancellation is initiated by the customer. It does not apply when Londero Sports initiates the cancellation or is unable to fulfill the order for a reason not attributable to the customer, including product unavailability.

Modification of Terms: Londero Sports inc reserves the right to modify these Terms in our sole discretion from time to time and only Londero Sports has the right to do so. If the Terms are changed, we will post the new Terms on the Site. Any changes or modifications will be effective upon posting of the Terms as revised, and your purchase of products or services on the Site following the posting will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Changes, Misprints and Errors: Subject to applicable law, we: (Londero Sports inc) reserve the right to change the products and services advertised or offered for sale through the Site, the prices or specifications of such products and services and any promotional offers at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) cannot guarantee that products or services advertised or offered for sale on the Site will be available when ordered or thereafter; (c) reserve the right to limit quantities sold or made available for sale; (d) do not warrant that the Site or any material that appears on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free; (e) reserve the right to cancel, to terminate or not to process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on this site is inaccurate; and (f) reserve the right to cancel an order if there is not enough inventory of an item to complete your order (or if an item is no longer available). If we do not process an order for such reason(s), we will advise you that the order has been cancelled and will either not charge you or will apply a credit to the payment type used in the order. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusions and disclaimers of certain implied warranties, so some of the provisions of this section may not apply to you.

Your Information and our Privacy Statement: We rely on the information you give us to provide you with the products and services you order from the Site. You agree that: (a) all information you provide to us, including your name, address, shipping address, credit card number(s) and expiration date(s) will be current, accurate and complete; and (b) you are solely responsible for any loss, damage, costs or claims that you, we or any other person may suffer or incur as a result of your failure to provide current, accurate and complete information. Londero Sports inc. may collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy statement or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Applicable Law, Venue and Limitation of Actions: This section does not apply in the Province of Québec. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within the Province of Ontario, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. Regardless of where you access this site, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed and adjudicated only in the federal or provincial courts located in Ontario (Judicial District of Ottawa), and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms.

Severability: If any provision of the Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
