Prices and Return Policies

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Return In-Store

Simply bring the item to our store, and we will process an immediate refund using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Returning by Mail

You can also return an item by mail using the prepaid label that we will send you by email. A shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs, along with an additional charge for oversized items. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part or an item damaged during transport, we commit to covering the necessary shipping costs to resolve the issue.

Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must be in new condition: undamaged, clean, odor-free, free of pet hair, unworn, unused, and returned with its original tags, packaging, and invoice.

2. The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

- Gift cards

- Firearms, ammunition, crossbows, and cut arrows

- Electronic devices and software

- Underwear and stockings

- Cayenne pepper and saline products

- Whistles and calls that are used with the mouth

3. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Errors or Missing Items

We take great care in checking and packaging your order. However, if you receive an incorrect item or notice a missing product, please contact us immediately.

For any order errors on our part or items damaged during shipping, you will need a return authorization number. This number ensures that we cover the return shipping costs.

Important Deadlines

For order errors or items damaged in transit, you have 7 days from receipt to contact us and obtain a return number.

For standard refunds, you must return the item within 10 days of receipt.

Processing time for refunds may take up to 7 business days after the item has arrived at our store.

Higher shipping charges may apply in the following situations…
You live in an area that the carrier considers to be remote or difficult to reach. (Îles de la Madeleine, Kuujjuaq, Radison…)

Certain bulky, heavy or dangerous products ** have additional costs such as weapons *, ammunition **, powder **, bows, crossbows, tree stands, fishing rod, safes, etc. If the amount of transport costs calculated at the time of online purchase differs from the actual amount of applicable transport costs, Londero Sports will inform you by phone or email of the difference applicable. You will then be able to cancel your order if you wish.

* We must use Canada Post to ship weapons
* Federal laws require that firearms be shipped to the address registered with the Canada Firearms Center (CAFC ). No other address can be used.
** We need to use Purolator to ship ammo and powder. Provide additional charges for hazardous products. ($ 15)
