Customizing the Foam Interior
Of your H-Series Case

1.    Your H Series case has two full layers of foam in the bottom compartment for maximum protection. Remove the first layer of foam and place on flat surface.

2.    Arrange case components on the foam making sure to leave at least 1” between any component and the edge of the foam, pay special attention to the end of the case as most transit damage is caused when a firearm is dropped onto the muzzle.

3.    Using a piece of white chalk outline your components onto the foam.

4.    Remove components from the foam.

5.    Create a second chalk outline ¼” inside the first outline, this will ensure a snug fit for your components.

6.    Using an electric carving knife (recommended) or a long utility knife blade cut out your second outline. Do not try and cut a continuous 90 degree corner with the electric knife, stop at end of your line, then start a new cut from the other direction ending at the corner. 

7.    Place the foam back in your case and check to be sure all your components fit properly and snug.  If you’ve made a mistake and need to add foam to ensure a snug fit, use spray adhesive, following the manufacturer’s instructions, to add foam pieces.

8.    Lastly, take your cut piece of foam and glue it to the bottom layer using spray adhesive.  This will help ensure your foam stays in place during removal of firearms.

The lid foam is glued into your case and any attempt to remove it may cause damage to the foam.

If you should desire to glue your bottom foam into the case, please use spray adhesive on both the inside of the case and on the back side of the desired foam.

Let glue dry for a few minutes then insert foam back into the case and press firmly in place. 

Close case and allow 24 hours for glue to set.

This is a permanent change to your case and any attempt to remove the foam may result in damage to your foam.
