The CTR Superior Down Ski Mitt combines high-loft insulation with weather-resistant materials for cold and snowy conditions. Its insulation consists of 90% duck down and 10% feathers with an 800 Cuin fill power according to the IDFB standard. The DWR-treated softshell exterior uses a windproof and waterproof laminate to help prevent light rain and snow from soaking into the material, while a TPU membrane adds another windproof and waterproof layer between the shell and lining. The two-piece curved PU palm incorporates additional reinforcement panels for contact areas, and the interior uses a soft brushed lining. An elastic wrist with webbing belt and adjustable pull tab helps secure the fit, while the extended storm cuff includes a drawcord and CTR No-Drop elastic leash. A reflective CTR logo adds visibility in lower-light conditions.
