The Vortex Sport Cantilever Mount uses a 6061 aluminum construction with a Type 2 Low-Glare Matte Black anodized finish and mounts directly to a Picatinny rail. Its 2" cantilever offset moves the optic forward while preserving usable rail space, providing additional flexibility when positioning a riflescope for proper eye relief. The horizontally split design simplifies scope installation, while common Torx T-25 fasteners allow the mount to be installed and adjusted with one tool. Torque specifications are laser engraved directly on the mount for convenient reference during installation.
